Kindness Galore with Best Customer Service

I had a misunderstanding regarding what my ordered consisted of. I reached out to KawaiiLoversClub about my problem, and she insisted on sending me one for free! I cannot express the kindness and gratitude that I felt regarding our conversation. The prompt replies were just the beginning.
